Members Terms of Service
**IMPORTANT** Once you reach $500.00 you will be required to send us a W9 form. Once we request this, any member not sending us one, will have their account marked inactive until we receive this.
You will also not be paid any earnings until we have the W9 on file. You canfind a link to DL and Print out this form on the "HOME" page.
The IRS requires us to have this form on file for any member making $600.00 a year or more.
By signing up and actively using the
Firehouseoffers.com program you agree to all terms and conditions
set forth in this agreement. Firehouseoffers.com
may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement
and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be
informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary
contact email address provided upon signing up with
Firehouseoffers.com.
In addition, Fire House Offers may, at any time, have a need to send transactional or relationship email messages to its members regarding membership requirements (i.e. Rules and Regulations, ID Verification, Prize Notification, Request for Taxpayer Certification and other business messages). By signing up and actively using the Fire House Offers program, you agree to periodically receive transactional or relationship type email messages,usually sent once daily, and understand that said messages are exempt from the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.,
If any modification is unacceptable to you,
your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your
continued participation in the Firehouseoffers.com
program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on
our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Members
"Fire House Offers" is solely an intermediary between members and advertisers, and is neither ensuring nor endorsing products or services advertised on"firehouseoffers.com". Members are solely responsible for any and all consequences of decisions made with regard to any partners' websites.
Any method that artificially and/or fraudulently generates clicks is strictly
prohibited. These prohibited methods include but are not limited to: repeated
manual clicks, incentives to click, using robots, automated clicking tools, or
other deceptive software. Please note that clicking on your own ads for any
reason is prohibited, to avoid potential inflation of advertiser costs.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE YOUR IP ADDRESS MATCHES YOUR LOCAL AREA AND DO NOT DO ANY OFFERS AWAY FROM HOME
We do not endorse down line builders. You MUST Understand English. You must

You agree to and must use your own name (full name no initials), address (full
physical address including country code, no PO Box, Please note if you have

will be suspended. In addition you many NOT use a proxy server.
You will use your username / password combination to access your account, it is
your responsibility to keep this information confidential; you may change your
password by logging into your Firehouseoffers.com
account and change the information. You may not sign-up multiple times with
different email addresses.
**Please be aware anyone caught cheating/committing fraud in any way are in
violation of terms, and privacy statement and therefore are not protected by
them due to their own violation. Therefore that gives us the right to make
others aware of your identity to protect further fraud .Username, IP, & offers
are not considered personal info.
Cheating is: using software to click links or participate in our program in
any way, having multiple accounts, attempting to sell your account and any other
behavior that commits fraud, including working on more than one
GPT site and
repeating the same offers: once you are paid for doing a particular offer it can
not be done again, anywhere. This includes offers completed on another site, but the site owner either refused to pay, or went out of business.”
Using throw away or temporary email services. (This includes hushmail, gptemailaddys.com, etc) If you are not sure if your email service is acceptable contact me.
In addition no payment will be made to you . This includes any members whom
we are notified by other GPT sites as being banned for fraud. You are solely
responsible for any and all use of your
Firehouseoffers.com account including authorization by you to any
third party individual that may use your account. Should any instances of fraud,
system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by
Firehouseoffers.com be detected,
it may result in member termination and possible legal action. This includes any
members whom we are notified by other GPT sites as being banned for fraud.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up. Should
you need to change your email address simply let admin know and change it in
your profile information. In the event your email account on file becomes closed
or blocked for 7 (seven) or more days to messages from
Firehouseoffers.com your account will be terminated and you
will forfeit all prior earnings. In addition, anyone found to be inactive, who
has not clicked on at least 10 cents worth of links in 30 days, could be
terminated and all earnings forfeited.
Relationship of the Parties
You and Firehouseoffers.com are
independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership,
joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment
relationship between you and Firehouseoffers.com.
You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or
make any representations on behalf of
Firehouseoffers.com. You may not make any statement, whether on
your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. This includes speaking badly of Firehouseoffers.com on any forum,blog,etc. You are
solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned
while using the Firehouseoffers.com
program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of
the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be
reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to
use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as
copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content
online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Firehouseoffers.com will not be
liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect,
special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related
to this Agreement or Firehouseoffers.com
program, even if Firehouseoffers.com
has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore,
Firehouseoffers.com aggregate liability
arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid
or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive
termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Payments
We NO longer will require members to send us a state issued ID- but- we will from time to time do a phone verification- where if you are not available, we will leave a message with instructions on how to email us and tell us what we have told you to answer with in the voice mail we leave you--however members doing cash or trial offers may still be required to send us a state issued id
Firehouseoffers. Anyone not providing us
with this will not be able to cash out.
Members will be paid via pay pal, Money order, or gift card. We pay on a
net 35 basis. All helmets are paid on a net 35 basis also.
No member will be able to cash out any points (helmets)
unless they have been active on Fire House Offers and have made the minimum
required amount of $15.00 cash, or equivalent in points by doing point offers.
This means you must have completed and had approved the amount of offers for
points that make up 300 points. Our points are also called helmets. You may not
consider or use "free" points from trivia etc for cash out.
Spam
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e.
SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication.
Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with
Firehouseoffers.com and may result in
legal prosecution. Firehouseoffers.com
strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member
caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose
any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for
Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may
arise from the Spamming incident.
Firehouseoffers.com may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent.
Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved
accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes
fraud. Firehouseoffers.com will file
charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

Contests
You must be an active member to qualify for contests. Meaning you must actively do offers, have at least one offer approved every 2 days. Added September 11,2009
This does NOT include members who are at least trying to do offers. This is strictly for members who come in, win in a contest like the year long one, and then do nothing. (added September 12-09)
