This is going to be your page where you will find how to browse categories, What some of the abbreviations mean etc... And answers to common questions. If you would like something added in here please don't hesitate to let me know.
"How to browse categories"
** click on All Offers on the left hand side of the page under Menu.**
You will then see "Browse categories"
From here you can scroll through the categories we offer.
Most of them are self explanatory, however, Keep an eye on the "rewards/sweeps" and under "Fire Helmet only" there is also another "rewards/sweeps" ( these are offers we cannot offer cash for)
So always make sure you go through the Fire Helmet only offer also.
Now.. fire helmets-- what are they?
These are what we call our points. And each one is worth 5 cents. These cannot be traded in for cash at any time, but, they can be turned in towards many rewards.
You can find these rewards by clicking on the "Helmet Rewards" link on the top menu 4th row, first link.
** all helmet rewards are paid on a net 35 basis** these are NOT daily or weekly payouts.
Withdraws:
Fire House Offers is proud to say we are now going to same day instant pay pal payments. Due to this we will no longer offer a signup bonus.
There are 2 ways to do this $5.00 or $1.00 (please note 1.00 withdraws are strictly pay pal)
If you are an active member of the website either by completing offers or by referring active members who are completing offers you may withdraw your earnings via the methods listed on the site. If you are not then you will only be able to use your game winnings/promo codes for internal purchases. To be considered active you must have completed 30 offers during the previous 2 months. If you feel you should be considered an active member for other reasons please submit a ticket at the time of your withdraw.
Promo codes in the shoutbox --Daily sign on bonuses--wheel winnings etc do not count as being an active member for cashout.
When I check your completed offers, you MUST have enough from those to qualify for cash out.
Now, for those members who have never cashed out on Fire House, we are offering two options for these members, you can loose your signup bonus and cashout instantly once you've reached $5 or you may keep your signup bonus and cashout at $10. I'm leaving the choice up to you. (Please submit a trouble ticket to let me know what you would like to do)
We will also offer a weekly withdraw for money orders and gift cards at NO FEE. Im not going to do them daily coz of having to go to wal mart every day to buy them etc.
Any offer stated Net 30 will still be paid on a 30 day term. All other offers will be paid same day instantly.
ALL GIFT CARDS FOR HELMETS ARE PAID ON A Bi-weekly BASIS. THESE ARE NOT ON A DAILY OR WEEKLY PAY OUT.
A few IMP things on this.
ALL DAILY SURVEYS HAVE LOCKED FUNDS FOR 35 DAYS
ALL TRIAL AND COST OFFERS ARE PUT ON A 30 DAY HOLD FOR EARNINGS. THIS IS TO INSURE THEY DO NOT REVERSE ON US.
We have a BIG yearly contest going. And those pay outs are going to stay on a net35 UNLESS I have enough funds available to cover them at contest end.
All pay pal payments will be paid the day AFTER the withdraw request.

Emails and inbox messages:
I send out a daily email (usually) and important inbox messages regularly.
It is important that you read these to keep up with what is going on.
I also try and remember to post daily emails in our news section.
The news section can be found by clicking on "News" on the top tab right under the fire house header.
In the news section I also post different contest updates etc.
**Daily Surveys and locked funds**
Due to the huge amount of fraud on these, we have had no choice but to lock the funds on these surveys for 35 days.
They will still count in contests etc, you just wont see the funds in your account until the funds are released.
And I want everyone to understand this.. if anyone is caught using any kind of pixel manipulator program to get these to approve, your account will be tagged as cheater.
We have been emailed by our network, and anyone getting reversals on them for this reason will have to be banned, or, we will lose this network.
So far we have not had this problem. But many sites have. And we will not allow a few to ruin it for the honest members.
Abbreviations and what they mean:
CPC= cost per click. Most of these are on a 24 hour timer, so, once sent to pending they will reappear in your CPC category 24 hours later.
Some are ONE time only so you will not see them once you have completed them.
It is important with these that you follow the requirements.
[E] = email submit
[2] = 2 page submit
Now.. even though these say email submit or second page submit, I always recommend you go through the survey like any other survey. The approve better, and it shows the advertiser better quality.
Contests:
We run numerous "legit" contests daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
Why do I emphasize "legit" because there are sites that run HIGH paying contests, and are actually cheating their members.
I pride myself in the fact we have never had to scoop so low as to cheat anyone. Ever.!

Then right next to it, you can see where you stand in contests by clicking on the "contest stats" link.

Please note-- I do delete them from time to time. :) to clean it up, or, you would be going through about 30 pages. LOL.
Jackpot:
We offer a monthly jackpot. So at the end of the month, on the last day, the computer randomly picks the winners for the month.
The JP is divided 4 ways, 25% each. If there are only 1-3 winners, those winners will still only win 25%.
You must have at least 50 JP entries in order to qualify for the JP.
You can earn these many different ways. Through contests, doing offers, and our wheel game.
It is very very easy to achieve this goal.
Game tokens:
Game tokens are used to play the wheel of fire game. You can find this by clicking on
"fire house games" on the top menu, 5th row, last link.
Then click on "the wheel of fire" banner.
You have 10 spins a day, and each spin is 10 game tokens (GTs for short)
We may eventually offer things to buy using your GTs. But this will probably not be until the first of January.
BINGO:
We have a bingo game also. You can find this by clicking on "fire house game" and then clicking on the bingo banner.
For each offer paying at least .15 cents or 3 fire helmets, you will win a number.
Under the cards (there are 4 cards) you will see which numbers have been called for you. They will be highlighted.
You can either daub your numbers yourself or click on the "auto daub" button.
The pattern needed in order to call bingo is the "orange" colored squares, NOT the white ones. You will also know by the color of the star when you click on a number. The star will be yellow if a legit number, gray if it is in the pattern not needed.
Once you get a bingo on ONE card, meaning all of the orange numbers are clicked, then, click on the "call bingo" button.
